marathonbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games and betting markets on marathonbet, you are required to create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active marathonbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Account Ownership: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Verification: marathonbet may require you to verify your identity, address, and payment methods before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

marathonbet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your marathonbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify marathonbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

marathonbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. However, we will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action to protect your account.

All financial transactions on marathonbet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional methods may be available and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• marathonbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
• marathonbet aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

marathonbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. marathonbet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of bonus terms is suspected.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per bet may apply. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the marathonbet platform. Game-specific rules are available within each game or betting market.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the marathonbet system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on marathonbet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, marathonbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be paid.
• Void Bets: Certain events may result in bets being declared void, including event cancellations, walkovers, or circumstances where the outcome cannot be determined. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live markets. marathonbet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. marathonbet's decision on the settlement of bets is final.

marathonbet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all casino games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the marathonbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the marathonbet platform or its underlying software.

marathonbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented the following tools and policies to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the marathonbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.

Any unauthorized use of marathonbet's intellectual property may result in legal action. The marathonbet name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of marathonbet and may not be used without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, marathonbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your violation of these Terms.

marathonbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

marathonbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
